Building Code Consultations

We provide building code analysis and consultation for new buildings, tenant improvements, interior renovations, additions to expedite the building permit approval service at city hall.

Land Use and Development

We provide land use and development services to achieve highest and best use for the land to maximise return on investment. We incorporate community engagement and environmental stewardship in the approval process.

Architectural Plans

Rezoning and Subdivision

We manage the rezoning and subdivision applications from inception to construction. We spearhead the design team to ensure the project meets its objectives and deadlines in a timely manner. Our extensive network allows us to work with city officials and approving authorities to ensure they see our clients vision.

Plan Review & Building Inspections

We provide plan review and building inspection services for part 3 and part 9 buildings for the lands not within municipal and regional district jurisdictions.

First Nations Communities

We provide plan review and building inspection services for part 3 and part 9 buildings for the lands not within municipal and regional district jurisdictions. We conduct condition inspections to support First Nations funding applications through Indigenous Services Canada and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). This includes inspections and reports for the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program.

Feasibility Studies

We conduct land feasibility studies for land assemblies and developments. Our services consist of permitted land use, environmental effects, water courses and/or other sensitive restrictions.

We provide consultation on Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design to new and existing buildings.
